Hello my Bros! Today I will talk little about new hero: Popol and Kupa! I played with him 10-15 games so far and I can tell you that Moonton really outdone themselves this time. Very creative, nice graphics, animation and a perfect voice-over.
This hero is a monster, and I bet many of you want to try it out. My suggestion when playing Popol is to use Marksman emblem set and Contribution spell. Because he needs to level up fast and gather as much gold as he can. Some player use Sprint because he is really slow hero and you can find Aegis and Purify also useful, depending on the opposing team.
Here you can see basic attributes of Popol and Kupa. At the start of the game, I suggest going to the bottom lane and take Red Buff first. Jump to the crab next and then clear the wave of upcoming enemy minions.
Max your skill first and then second. When you activate your first skill, you will send Kupa to attack your enemy with blazing speed.
When your opponent gets close to you, use the second skill to call back the Kupa at your side and give you damage absorbing shield. Also, when Kupa is in danger, you can call him back to your side with a second skill and save him.
With the third skill, you set traps around you, which gives you a vision on the map. But unlike Selena traps, these ones are visible to the enemies, so it wiil be best to put them inside of bushes.
Ultimate gives Popol and Kupa loth of benefits. It will increase their movement and attack speed, also it increases Kupa HP, physical attack and restores him to full HP. But that's not all, it also enhances first and second skill. When Ulti is active, the first skill will also stun the target, while second skill damage will be increased and targets knocked into the air. Remember to always post the traps to secure perimeter. Passive of Popol gives him 200% basic attack bonus damage.
When Kupa falls, you can use the first or second skill to revive him. You can be interrupted by taking damage, casting spells or by moving. It lasts 3 seconds so use it at a safe place.
When your taking Turtle or attacking the Lord, place traps so you know if the enemy is coming.
Popo and Kupa can destroy turrets easily, so he's a great hero for lane pushing.
Overall great hero to play with, very fun and you should definitely try it out!
