Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (Chinese: 无尽对决) is a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) mobile game developed and published by Moonton.
Developed in 2016, the game has become popular in Southeast Asia and was among the games chosen for the first medal event esports competition at the 2019 Southeast Asian Games in the Philippines.
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a multiplayer (5 vs 5) online battle arena (MOBA) game designed for mobile phones. The two opposing teams fight to reach and destroy the enemy's base while defending their own base for control of a path, the three "lanes" known as "top", "middle" and "bottom", which connects the bases. Weaker computer-controlled characters, called "minions", spawn at team bases and follow the three lanes to the opposite team's base, fighting enemies and turrets.
In both teams, there are five players who each control an avatar, known as a "hero". There are 6 different hero roles: Marksman, Assassin, Mage, Support, Fighter and Tank.
When a hero stands near a killed enemy unit or kills an enemy unit, they gain experience points and gold which allow the hero to level up and buy items at a shop. When a hero levels up, they have the ability to learn new abilities and later on, improve them. If a hero runs out of health points and dies, he is removed from active play until a respawn timer counts down to zero, where he is then respawned in his base. Respawn time increases as hero levels up.
This game has won hearts of many players and has a bright future in game industry. Mobile platform needed this kind of game and number of player is increasing day by day.
